I don't know if there are any literary groups like the Inklings in
existence today, or how widespread they are. It might be interesting
to know.
We started one three years ago in the City of Tshwane, South Africa,
meeting in a restaurant rather than a pub like the original Inklings
(South African pubs tend to be less congenial or friendly places than
the Eagle and Child in Oxford).
There's a report of our latest gathering and some of the books we
discussed here: https://wp.me/p3gtp-2Qz
I'd be interested in knowing whether there are other similar groups
elsewhere.
