When I got an order from E.R. Hamilton with an error, I wrote them. They
corrected the error, by mail, in 3 days. That might have been 1 day for
my letter to get to them, 1 day for them to process it in-house, and 1
day for their letter (refund check) to get to me. I was satisfied and
still consider their service to be good. I just checked a recent catalog
and didn't see a phone number on it.

Hamitonbook is is significant need of professionals to get their website right and some people to answer phone calls. Third rate.
